Wild & Scenic Film Festival 2020

Sunday, Feb 9 at The Blue Note, Columbia, MO

This friend and fundraiser for Missouri River Relief always warms our hearts during the cold winter months, jump starting the organization for another season on the river. Thank you from the bottom of our river lovin' hearts to everyone who came out to support our film festival, the Blue Stooges for rockin' the house, everyone at The Blue Note who helped us pull this off and our fantastic volunteer crew members who not only screened the films, but worked the stations throughout the festival.

New!!! Missouri River Adventure Camp 2020

Save the date: July 20- July 24

Location: Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Area

Time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Age: 7-11 years old

Cost: $170 with financial aid available

Hey kids, are you ready for a watershed adventure? Explore the Missouri River by motorboat and by land! Be prepared to witness majestic birds, catch slimy fish, investigate wondrous forest critters and create your own critter from found objects. Field trips will include Rock Bridge State Park, Eagle Bluffs Conservation Area, and motorboating on the Missouri River. Each day will begin and end at the Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Area.

Students get a unique opportunity to make new friends while developing a hands-on relationship with the Missouri River.

2020 Missouri River All Stars After-School Program

Every student dreams of being on an All-Star team.

In this after-school program, 100 Columbia Public School 4th graders and 8 teachers will have the opportunity to learn about the Missouri River ecosystem and the impact that humans have on the river.
