Join us for our monthly Big Muddy Speaker Series at the Les Bourgeois Bistro. What does it mean that the Big Muddy has "too much" or "not enough" sediment? We'll be joined by fluvial geomorphologist Robb Jacobson and river ecologist Dave Galat as they attempt to excavate the many layers of science and policy that make sediment flow in the Missouri River such a complex quagmire.

Kick those winter blahs in the pants and join Missouri River Relief for a showing of select films from the traveling Wild & Scenic Film Festival. The festival will be at The Blue Note in Columbia, MO, on Wednesday, February 9.
The films start at 6 p.m. followed by a river jam hosted by Crazyfish & Friends at 9.

2010 was big and muddy!
2010 was big in a lot of ways. Big water for one thing.
Flooding throughout the basin rearranged our schedule a bit, but that didn't stop River Relief volunteers from gettin' it done.
2,115 volunteers removed 55 tons of junk from the banks of 79 miles of river!
